Recently worked with the communication team at Milton Keynes Council to help them with their first agile project. Working alongside them to understand the best tools and techniques for them to deliver a new GDS framework website for the council, and how to move through discovery into alpha and beyond.
Carrying out discovery sessions enabled the full team to understand what needed to be delivered and who it needed to be targeting. Utilising the gov.uk design system to create a consistent audience website.
Working with Stich Creative has been enlightening and valuable for the Council web team and enjoyed working on our first agile project.
Milton Keynes Council obtained funding to run a discovery and subsequently an alpha phase, to explore the end-user systems in use across local governments. The aim of this process was to understand how the current Milton Keynes Council audience uses the current website and how they want to use the new GDS framework.
Meeting the needs of the local authority tasks included delivering three discovery sessions with a range of council stakeholders. The aim of these sessions was to highlight amongst others, the pain-points and successful audience interaction and to understand where improvements needs to be made.
